Services We Do Not Do

For safety and liability reasons, the following services are not provided:

* Cleaning of items or areas higher than 10 feet
* Full washing of walls and ceilings
* Removal of pests; cleaning of bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, or other biohazards
* Cleaning after fire or smoke damage, or areas heavily saturated with smoke odors (including cigarette, vaping, or cannabis smoke)
* Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, or garages
* Cleaning under heavy furniture or objects that require lifting or moving

FAQs

Our residential cleaning service covers a wide range of tasks to ensure your home is spotless. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, appliance cleaning, and more. We can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

The time required to clean your home depends on various factors, including the size of your home, the level of cleaning needed, and any specific requests you may have. We'll provide you with an estimated time frame based on these factors during the initial consultation.
Our pricing structure for residential cleaning is as follows: $39 per hour per cleaner, including cleaning supplies, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. For office, commercial, or other cleaning services, we charge $39-59 per hour per cleaner, including cleaning supplies, with the same minimum booking requirement.

We also offer discounted rates for recurring cleaning services. Depending on the frequency of cleaning (daily, weekly/bi-weekly, monthly), you can enjoy a discount ranging from 2.5% to 10%.

For out of city cleaning, we charge $2.00 per km for travel/gas as one-time fee (one way). We calculate distance from downtown to downtown.

Our availability spans all seven days of the week, from 8 am to 10 pm, ensuring flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

However, if our estimated timeframe aligns with your budget, we are committed to making every effort to complete the cleaning to the best of our ability within the anticipated time frame.

However, please note that for clients seeking occasional or one-time cleaning, we are fully equipped with our own set of cleaning supplies and equipment. So, if you prefer the convenience of us providing everything needed for the job, rest assured that we are fully prepared to deliver exceptional cleaning results.
It's entirely up to you whether you'd like to be present during the cleaning appointment. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access to their homes and go about their day while we clean. Rest assured, our team members are trustworthy professionals who will respect your privacy and property.
